Hi the lexus mini-disc is a 6 disc changer in the boot, it is linked to your cd head unit and if you press disc button twice it enters md mode, you have text on it aswell, I have one in my boot and it is a great bit of kit. You cant have sat nav if you have md.

had it fitted before i picked car up, It cost £615 fitted it for free.

Expensive but i compile my own discs, you have text on them and I have optical link from cd > mini-disc so the reproduction is spot on. It doesnt jump or skip either.

It is an after market fitting as long as u dont have sat nav.

I will connect my MD-changer on the OEM Radio. Have you a pinout of the connector from the Md-changer? I have a sony and a pioneer Md-changer. one of the boths is the right for the Lexus Radio. can you make a photo of the connector on the MD-changer? i´m a radio und TV mechanical and i will connect self my MD-changer on the radio.
