Thanks Aido,here are a few more pics with the bumpre back on. Unfortunately, the mesh won't fit. I an't find how I would convince the police officer that the intercooler is standard on the car

You can't just spray it though.... need special spray ;)

I'm sure u can make mesh fit...

my bumper is BULGING to the max with the blitz intercooler... its 3 times the size of the TTE one....

just shave inside lip of the bumper mouthing opening... only 5mm or so.. mesh will fit then

The problem is that I need to cut the bumper more tha it actually is to fit the mesh and if I do so, there won't be much material left on the bumper, here is a pic ;)

It is not finished yet, it is just for testing now, I will move the collars to hide the screws and I will sand the bumper's edges :)

yup... i had to do that.... to fit this beast behind the stock bumper!!

however strange though it seems, i was able to re-install much of the bumper when the HKS Type R intercooler was installed which is 50 million times bigger...
