Do you know the state of your injectors? i don't think were going to max out, but with the pulley upgrade its quite possible we need bigger ones

I'm not sure about the injector cycle duty as I've not connected the FC Commander (not sure if it reads injector duty cycle).

Well, anyway, I going off to get the pulley from my mate now I will ask him about his injector duty tonight over the beer.

I don't have the dimensions of our existing pulley. Maybe then we can work out if there is a possibility of machining pulley with little more increase.

We need to find out the maximum allowable shaft speed of the SC and alternator. Making the alternator pulley too small could cause the belt to slip & too high a voltage out, which could burn out your car's electrics.

By first glance seems the Alternator part of this pulley is smaller?

Shocking finds.......

I got the FC Commander hooked up. Went for a drive around the area.

On average pull, my injector duty is around 84%

And everytime I pull to 6,000 rpm, the injector duty is an alarming 98.9% :o

I got a responce from Blitz after contacting Ogura.

So naturally, ive emailed back to do some more digging, basically about the other pulleys on the other kits, aswell as converting to a solid pulley.

Okay, well Chi has spoken to them also, they have some 60mm pulleys, as ours is 90mm iirc... and is probably going to get some soon!
