Bluetooth Question

Does anybody know if it is possible to transfer single entry contact details from the Sony Ericsson K750? I previously incorporated all of the numbers from my Motorola phone into the system, but when I try to transfer a single contact from my new Sony phone, the transfer does not happen. Apart from this, the car connection works perfectly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm picking up my new RX400h on Friday so I'm afraid I can't help but I would be interested to know which models of Bluetooth phone/network work well with the car.

I need to change my phone but I see from various US websites that only a few phone/network combinations work properly over there.

I read that in the US the Sony 637 allows you to transfer the whole contact list instead of one at a time, but I've no idea if it's the same model no. here

What model Motorola worked with the car?

Any other phone recommendations much appreciated.

No reason why it shouldnt to be honest. But as im no where near an RX owner I can't attempt this and provide better feedback. Sorry bud

I had the same problem, which is caused by multiple number entries for each name. You probably find that when you transfer the whole lot you only get the last number in the list for each name.

The only solution is to Bluetooth all your contacts to a PC to back them up, then transfer all the contacts to your SIM card (which can only take one number per name) then wipe your phone memory! Then transfer them back from your SIM to your phone memory and then transfer them to the car. After then restore the phone numbers from the PC back up. Very long winded I know but the only solution I found so far... :mat:

I had this problem with a Sony Ericsson V600i. I eventually changed the phone :-)
