Windows Misting Up And A Smell Of Coolant

GS300 Mk1

When I use the Air Con (especially on warm setting) the windscreen fogs up and there is a smell of engine coolant. I guess there is a hole in the Air Con Radiator behind the dash.

How to I introduce Rad-weld or other liquid sealant into this radiator. Is it a closed loop system or is there a reservoir for it ?

Also I had the head gasket changed two months ago, all seemed to go well.

Any help would be welcome.!

i think you'll probably find you'll still get a leak with or without aircon on, the heater matrix is leaking, and engine coolant only flows through the matrix when the heater control is set to warm, radweld stuff could possibly work (make sure your heater is set to hot, otherwise it won't circulate to the leak) but personally i would not use or recommend radweld type stuff, i would look for the source of the leak and repair or replace the offending item.
