Camcorder

I am after a decent camcorder that links to the pc so that i can edit and then burn to disc. Does anyone have any recommendations (or ones to avoid!!)?

The gadget show did a feature on the new Sony HighDef camcorder and reckoned it was fantastic - s'about 1400 quids though and prolly only any use if you have a HD TV (or are thinking about getting one)

is great take still pics on to memery card and video is clear and crisp

can conect to pc via usb and comes with all the software

@Zee - did your camcorder do all the effects for the Trax video, or did you have to buy special software?

I have the software (Pinnacle Studio 9) - you can never really get that quality of editing using just what you get free with the camcorder. Pinnacle is as good as it gets...
