Just a quick question, I have see that TDI have a Is200 powered with a Supra twin turbo engine!, Does anyone else know about this? i would just like to know how much this transplant costs and what places in the UK can carry out the work? with good recomendations ;). cheers

£6k on fitting... I was quoted nearly £10k for supply and fit

Tis a big job with consequent costs.

you may want to look at other ways............

like all steel 1g-gte engine which will let you run 1.2/1.5 bar so 280/300 bhp with a turbo

funnily enough I have one with zero miles for sale (All steel engine with gas flowed head)

that is exactly the issue, what price do you put on the car.

i have a minimum amount, which would cover most of the costs of the bits.......and NOT the value of the car if std

infact ive just had a call, and this topic is what came up.

its the only one in Europe, and one of only 3 in the world with the full supra conversion.

its the only one i know running Twin aftermarket turbos!

erm.........theres none in Autotrader :D

even if others do the conversion, i dont think they will be done to the same level...

id sell if someone wanted the car..........its not used as much as i should be using it, more so now ive been biten by this sideways melarky
