Theres a guy that lives close to me, absolutely massive display, including a full nativity set! The guy is an electrician, so he does a load of stuff to promote his company, theres a couple of grands worth of lights decorating the place.

I'll try and take a couple of pics at some point.

we've got decorations up at my house, but nothing fancy...

this must've taken ages to program and flash at the right times... quality!

Call me cynical. I enjoyed it a lot but I don't think (most of) those lights are real, they're stuck on with photoshop or some such.

I don't know. I think it'd be easier to actually do it than to Photoshop it. Probably run from a DMX controller.

Update: found this info, the lights are wired to a set of Light-O-Rama lighting controllers, which are in turn connected to a PC running the Light-O-Rama software.
