Lexus Dealer Price Differences!

Having just purchased an IS200 from Colin P off of this forum, I needed a few parts for the car. Love the drive and quality of the car :D Within a week of ownership though, the lock barrel decided to jam in the ACC position . I managed to free it off but decided to change the barrel in case this happened in the future. Anyway, rang Lexus Swindon:- New Ignition Barrel Set (including keys) = £95 inc VAT Thought, I would ring Lexus Bristol:- New Ignition Barrel Set (including keys) = £43 inc VAT How can Lexus Swindon charge over double the price??????
