Spike,

I'm hoping they are the dips, although the packaging clearly indicates it can be used for dipped or main.

I'm going out to fit them in a few mins, so I'll report back then.

Dave

iF THEY ARE DIPS THEY SHOULD BE 12V 51W

OK, several bruised knuckles later...

9006 is definitely dipped for the IS200.

Drivers side was a piece of cake, disconnect the loom, replace bulb and reconnect.

Had a bit of trouble getting to the passenger side bulb due the windscreen washer filler tube being in the way, but I managed to get the bulb out with the connector still on, replaced the bulb and put back the same way.

They don't look any different yet as it's still daylight, but I'll post my thoughts tomorrow if anyone wants B)

Chris,

my original idea was to just change on side with the new dipped bulb and the new fog bulb they sent for free, and then take a picture and put it on the forum, but it's brilliant sunshine at the moment, and I was too impatient to leave just one bulb changed :D I might swap them over tonight and take a photo anyway...

On a similar vein, how do you get to the fogs? It looks like you have to take the plastic splash guard thingy out of the wheel arch... anyone know if that's correct?

Cheers

Yeah, if you've got the time and can be bothered I'd like to see the difference between the two.

Cheers mate!

I contacted Powerbulbs.com at the end of last week, basically all LOC members will get a 10% discount off their order

All members have to do is order bulbs as normal stating they are from the LOC and 10% will be refunded from the order, the only thing is that with 10% members will not recieve free bulb special offers
