If you search the forums you'll find loads on this. Exhaust+induction+etc then new ECU might make a bit of difference. For big improvements you'll need a supercharger or turbo.

Dunno exactly but guess about 20bhp extra from what other people have posted - you really should do a search. Also exhaust + induction + ecu will cost you about £1000. Cheaper would be NOS.

Will the engine be able to handle a supergchager or a turbo ?

Yes, unless you go over about 260bhp with a turbo.
