I have an RX300 and have found the sat nav dvd system in the boot, but I can't get the dvd out so I can replace with newer version. There is a button that says "push" with a slot next to it, but when I press the push button absolutely nothing happens. I have tried with ignition on and off and various permutations. There is obviously a secret here - please tell me what it is!

Is there a sliding tab, which opens the area for the cd to be inserted/exit?

Failing that, I know you say you've tried with the igition on, is that in the position just before the car starts. I think it's ACC?! :yawn:
