Car Phone Kit

Hi I had a HCA20 car kit i installed about a year ago. This all worked fine using the mute cable etc. Recently upgraded phone and installed the HCA60 car kit. However, the wiring when transferred permanently mutes the stereo? The leads were connected exactly the same as last time. Any ideas?
