Well here's an odd one

I have a 2001 IS200 which has thrown up a strange one, can't get it to do it again but I swear I saw it with my own eyes.

#1 daughter was skipping tracks on a playing CD and generally pratting about with the system whilst I was driving so I wasn't paying attention.. suddenly the music stopped and she had managed to get PAUSE on the display..

I tried pressing play, no joy, then changing to radio and back - still no joy.. after a quick press of a few buttons I resorted to turning the unit off and on... everything worked again.

I've looked at the manual and can't find a pause and I've sat in the car whilst picking up #1 from various parties etc and tried buttons and combinations but I can't do it.. anyone seen this before?
