Removing Golf Ball Dent

I've got a golf ball dent about 30mm below the window (rear near side door). A guy with a pokey thing has said that he can't get at the dent because of a strengthening girder in the door. He's a bit of a back street guy - anyone know anybody in the north of england who can roll it out from the inside?
