Could be number of things.

Got any Geometery data for the car?

I've often had similar problems with other cars and they weren't always wheel balancing related, more Geometery!

exactly what do you mean by geometry i am not familiar witrh the term

does that mean camber etc

yup.... things like camber, castor, toe-in, toe-out etc .....dont get confused by wheel alignment (after a tire change) tho! .. that just measures if your wheels are pointing in the right direction ...

ok well i dont know how to measure those settings where should i go to do that
