Spark Plugs

Can anyone tell me if the Denso SK20 R11 plugs are ok to use in the is200 (standard engine)

I know it says use IK20, But have found some of the above plugs

According to THIS the iridium eqivalent of the SK20-R11 is the IK20 so should be OK :D

Wouldn't trust that though, you know what Lexus are like
