Wheel Spacers

I'm running 7 x 17's at the mo as there's no money in the pot for 18's

so I would like to space the wheels out a bit

how thick can the spacer be, but still using a safe amount of studding, or will this depend on the rims I have

i won't fit more than 2 or 3 spacers on ur hubs (so 2-3mm). Of course this is based on no modification to the stock "rods" (for lack of better word) that stick out of the hub ........

Proper spacers bolt to the hub studs and have their own studs that the wheel then bolts to, so you're not limited by the stud length.
