these are both really really good:

Petrol Prices where you can find cheapo fuel in your area

and this ones a stonker:

House Prices

this second one tells you how much a property sold for. It's great if you want to value your house, or see if a potential purchase is a viable one...you can see how much "the Jones's" sold theirs for!!

And so far (2 years with the house price one) I haven't had any spam to the email address I have registered with either...!

Anyone know any other good ones?
