well another bombshell I just got my car back from 30,000 mile service and Im told that the wheels are badly buckled. They said it wasnt a big deal and I could drive the car fine but what I want to know is what effect it will have on tyre wear. I may just try and find a set of secondhand 18" alloys to fit the IS300.

does anyone have any they want to get rid of? ;)

Badly buckled wheels but they are saying they are fine to drive on ???

I maybe wrong but I would have thought that if they are buckled then that throws out the alignment and possibly also causes other problems with brakes etc. let alone causing uneven tyre wear

Hi

I have a set of 17" brand new alloys, look just like the GS300 sport MK1 alloys made by TTE they have excellent Pirelli P6000's fitted. Tyres are correct size for is200 225/45/17

Or got some 18" Alessio promotion alloys 1 yr old very slight scuff on front wheel

Let me know if interested
