Need a quick bit of advice iam looking at selling my IS200 sport 2003 in yellow with all the usual extras (26000miles) have had trade in offers but was wondering what sort of price is good for a private sale, :duh:

You must be on about the LTD edition the same as mine I'd say around 10.000 or 11.000 private because i got quoted 9.500 trade in

yeah same as mine, i got told about 10,000 but the price seems to vary a hell of alot seen some selling in autotrader for 14000 do you think these are just wishfull thinkers, or is it you get stung because its yellow

Dealers will offer poor trade in on yellow as they will say it restricts the number of people interested in it.

Then when they sell they will over price the vehicle and justify this to potential buyers because it's a rare colour.
