I think I'm gong to give this bl00dy car up..

Just sat at Autoglass for an hour waiting for it to be done, quick recap of the seamless handover

Mgr - Your car is ready sir.

Me - Great, thanks very much

Mgr - There is one thing though..

Me - Oh yes, what's that then?

Mgr - Well, we ordered the wrong glass so we've fitted plastic instead

Me - You *&^"£$$% what?

Mgr - I can do it next Monday

Me - Why the £$£% didn't you tell me when you started.

Bunch of utter fools. I now have a plastic window, the thickness of which I'd put on a par with those disposable cups you get a kids parties.

If anybody wants some new Lexus bits (admittedly it's not an SE so the spec aint the best) feel free to come to my house, car will be locked but just lean on the window

What a bunch of Toss Pots...it took 'em 3 attempts to get my old car done properly.

Just bad news all round for you, hopefully the bad luck from that mirror you broke as child is wearing out now...all I can say is don't give up.
