Which Fuse No? (is300)

I have just noticed that the cigarette lighter is not working i my IS300 after trying to recharge my portable Sat Nav, since I dont smoke I dont know how long its not been working for but I am hoping its just the fuse....however as I dont havea handbook can anyone tell me which fuse no it is and where its located?? Thanks.

It's in the driver's side footwell fusebox, either the bottom or second to bottom row (I think)

From memory middle column second row up. There was a spare sitting to the right of it that I used ( siad it was power sulpply or something ). Look on the back of the cover when you remove it and they are marked on there.
