Even though some repair sections are different, most is the same and can be a good source of information as well as repairs, I have the Lexus Repair CD from eBay

Using is easy, just install from the first setup CD and then when you come to use the manual, insert the second CD and run from the icon in the menu, select from the drop down list - Lexus, then the year and model, then chose from the list of sections you wish to view

Nope - it's the repair manual - I've got the Mitchell one, some people find it usefull, others find it useless. Just depends on how good you are with the workings of the engine and electrics as to how good you may find the manual.
