Error3

Now then, I saw a post on the dreaded stereo error when I first purchased an Is but never dreamt of it happening to me. From what I can gather CD's may have jammed and I'm gutted, if anybody knows a quick fix or possibly somebody I can contact to have look at the thing I'd appreciate it

tbh i dont think there is any complete fix for it, is the car still under warrenty? you may be able to get it replaced.

im still waiting for the day when mine eventually packs up!

Hi, I had mine replaced under warrenty but, I do know that the dealer sent it to Autosounds in Bradford, if you give them a ring they should be able to give you a price to fix it.

I does take several weeks though !

there is no fix for it, as my one did this about 3 weeks ago, so i took it out the car and had alook to see what i could do, when looking at it the CD holders inside ,3 of them are f***k and i dont think you can replace them, so that was that new CD

If you're car is less than 5 years get down to your local dealer as you stereo will still be under warranty. Although the cars have 3 year warranty the stereo has an extended warranty due to it's common problems. If it's more than 5 years old then try having a look in eBay for a replacement, there are quite a few popping up these days.
