Fault Code

picked up 3 fault codes when the RAC blokey plugged his diagnostic tool in,two of them ive found but i cant find this one,even on his laptop just the code came up,no description. P1315

There isn't a P1315 code in Autodata, only goes upto P0999. There is a P0315, which is to do with the crankshaft position system.

It says P1 codes are only available from the manufacturer.

i think i found it.P1315=igniter circuit fault(bank #4).is that bad?

P0135 is the heated oxygen sensor in bank 1.

I'm sure Mark will fix it for you when you pop down.

I would not worry or take your car to Lexus until he's looked at it.

I dont class myself as an expert but would say the factory ECU is getting confused from the signals the HKS unit is sending back.

Would wager that if you take it to lexus with what you've had done there will be a lot of head scratching and not a lot of problem solving.

yeah i wasnt gonna take it to Lexus,just wanted to make sure the code doesnt correspond to a large complex issue.cheers Dave
