In the UK they'd at least make him put a flag on the tailpipe....doesn't seem to matter over here as a lot of the 4x4, especially Jeeps, have tyres sticking way out from the bodywork.

As you say, complete nutter, but I'd like to see his missus on the scooter when he's finished the mods . Hope she's well insured...come to think of it how is he insured??? 'Any modifications from standard sir?' :D ..Don't think just 'hybrid' quite covers him on this
