Translation Help!

Can someone translate everything on these 2 pages

I've come to a grinding hault, till i know what the correct settings are we can't put the camshafts in etc...

If someone can help i have more that needs translating...

its in japanese and needs to be coverted to english, though the format i have the pages are scans and not text as such...

There are several online companies that will translate documents and manuals and such...... could ask them for a quick quote....

Or alternately , is there a local Japanese restaurant ( with ACTUAL Japanese staff).... could ask them for a cheap translation...
