Interia Controls For Air Con Etc

I have bought a replacement Air con etc control panel for my IS200 as my current one has been all scratched up and it looks like the previous owner stuck a mobile phone holder on it.

Anyway, is it just a case of swapping them over? Someone said that i would have to get it calibrated or something by Lexus as it has outside temp and clock controls etc on it.

Not too sure mate. But when I moved mine to fit the aftermarket headunit, it pretty much just looked plug and play mate. Just swap it over and see what happens :D
