Been in contact with Watling Engineers Ltd, for price of a Towbar.

This part of an Email sent to me, Not sure if the fiitting includes Vat.

Will have it fitted in the near future, need to get the caravan no the road, it's had a rest for 4 years.

The towbar is in stock and can be dispatched to you on a next working day

Sorry Syd, I have to beg to differ.

Select "Flanged Type", then 2nd one down.....

It is the Watling PTY70DT which is for LS400 jan 95 UCF20.

For me, this means it will fit a Mk III.

I have a copy of the fitting instructions, faxed to me from Watling, Watling LS400 95->.

I am still planning on buying 1, but not ready yet, I need to sort my noisey steering pump 1st.

I was looking at a detachable.

It caught me out too the first time.

But even the flange type bar is detachable. It has 2 big bolts through it. I think you just need a square plastic stopper and it will look quite tidy when removed.
