...Im trying to post pics of my car in these message boxes. also trying to get a pic for when i post a reply or topic (is it called an Avatar?) it shows up on the left by my member name..

how do i do it!? its doing my head in!

Best bet is to upload the images to a hosting site, somrthing like Imagecave, then click the picture of a tree in the reply box and put in the URL of your pic.

Yes, the little picture is called an avatar, make sure the dimensions are correct, 150x113 and no bigger than 20Kb.

You need to include

[img] [/img]

in your text ........

and you must include an actual link to the file ........ ie .jpg or .gif

still cant do it.. Im using WEBSHOTS as my host.. keeps just printing the link..

Once you;ve got the pic click on it and go to properties then copy,then add img at the beginning and img at the end....both in brackets :D
