Justice Was Done

A good mate of mine was at Liverpool Street Station yesterday morning on his way to work, wearing a racksack which had the usual stuff and a wallet etc.

He felt someone trying to open the zip of the rucksack so he instinctly applied a classic ju jitsu technique (difficult to describe in words) which culminates in breaking the elbow joint and a complete dislocation. As the perp doubles over in agony clutching his dangling arm, Mat's knee comes up to smash the nose, mouth and teeth - blood everwhere. Villian is knocked out - hits the floor - smashing his head on the tiles. All over in 2 seconds. Lovely. Job done.

This was all witnessed by a couple of coppers in the gantry who warmly applauded Mat's welcoming to Britain of Mr Thief (who has done the decent thing by not pressing charges).

It's all on CCTV too so maybe we'll see it on one of those police reality programmes.

surprised he (mat) was not arrested the way things are these days

The Police proceedures cost him 3 hours out his day. Luckily the scumbag didn't want to press charges (was more than likely an illegal immigrant) otherwise he would been in trouble I think.

surprised to hear that ur mate didnt get arrested - he might still tho if the guy changes his mind. On the illegal immigrant side I am escorting a load of them back to W.africa at end of the month the " customers" are being dropped off in Mali, Guinea and Senegal.

I think that if Marks Friend felt that his life was in danger or he felt frightened and this was a self defense situation wouldnt he have more rights over the offender in this case.I thought that you can defend yourself within proportion if you feel that you are being attacked.or can this guy still press charges?

ahh but the jury may well have said that the knee to the face was a excessive seeing as though he's just dislocated and snaped his arm...
