Ls400 Supercharger Conversion

I have been reading that this is available, does anyone know is this the same basic supercharger as used for the is 200 series?

Has anyone on here had one fitted and what has been their experiance please?

In japan the toyota Celsior (LS400) can be had with a s/c its totally different from the eaton unit used on the IS200.

you could import a celsior from japan (with s/c) use the s/c and relevant ancilleries on your car and break the celsior for parts...prob end up breaking even !

Or..........I can supply you with a new Toms supercharger :winky:

There are three TIF (Toyota Imports Forum) members with blown V8 Soarers, and two of them were created by importing Celsiors already fitted with C's M90 supercharger kits. The Celsiors were changed back to standard and sold complete

Thought it might be :) . I keep that picture handy because a blown V8 Soarer is on my wish list :) .

EDIT:

Actually, make that FOUR blown V8 Soarers on TIF -- I forgot the stroked 5-litre convertible with the Eaton M112 (but that one is still in Japan).

I like the idea of a s/c would be a good mod and the wheels on that celsior look very nice pity they aren't for sale

Thanks for the information and piccy's I will be looking at what makes sence and then making deccision.

I am speaking with a few performance manufacturers about parts for the LS and will keep the board posted if any developments.
