Hi everybody! i had the err3 error over the weekend while i was on hols... no mechanical sounds at all..anyway, got home, removed the unit (thanks for the instructions) and managed to get all six CDs out. NOw i have put unit back in, it still thinks it is loaded up..so cant do anything! My question is... is there a way of resetting its 'memory'?...i disconnected Battery lead, but no joy. Mine is 2000 V plate, IS200 SE cheers
