Shorter Aerial

anyone point me in the direction of a shorter aerial??? the OEM is fooking mahoosive and i would prefer something a bit more pleasing on the eye

yes mate, get urself on e-bay. there's a massive selection on there.

i got myself a 2 inch black stub aerial on there for about 7quid including delivery. looks soooo much better...really tidies the line of the car up IMO

Whats the reception like with the new one. I found I couldn't pick up as many channels when driving around, so put the old one back on.

Same here...the radio reception is crap with the short aerials

got a short one sitting in the glove box you cant pick up a thing. got one off eBay looks like the altezza one about 6 inc long look good :D

to be honest lee, the shorter one isn't as good as the OEM aerial - but i never expected it to be.

local stations are still perfect but other's aren't as good.

mind you, i listen to CD's ALL the time so its not a biggy....look good though :D

I personally wouldn't say so, but if you listen to CD's and changing it for looks only then go for it.

hi mate, fitted the short rubber one from a 2002 honda civic and looks the dogs.

I had mine off of Aido - not too sure which one it is but it's half the length.

I must admit i haven't noticed a significant difference in reception. :D
