My GS central locking has failed.

No response to pressing the buttons on the key fob. Tried 2nd key but that's the same. Hacked off the neighbours trying to stop the alarm.

Managed to get the alarm and immobiliser inactive so I can drive the car and lock by using the key in the driver's door.

Appears that the unit which receives the remote signal is u/s but anybody got any ideas for diagnostics or repair?

Just a matter of interest, you've probably checked this, but have the batteries in either keyfob been changed lately?

Also, is the car parked somewhere you normally wouldn't where you may be experiencing something interfering with the alarm signal?

Thanks for the response but changed the Battery as well as tried the spare key. Also the car was parked in the driveway.
