IS200SE 53 plate, no mods

can any one clarify that in 2nd gear at about 2000rpm going slowly say throgh housing estates that the gearbox / engine has a bit of a whistle to it (hard to explain) almost a kind of turbo whistle, bit worried that may have a bearing going in the box.

more apparant on throttleing off whilst still in gear, if i dip the clutch it stops so not wheel bearing and also the other gears dont seem to do it.

if any one has a spare minute to jump in an is200 and check i would be very thankfull.
