Back in June my 02' IS200 got its 60,000 mile service. They picked up that the front discs were lipped and the caster arms were starting to come apart (rubbers), they just passed the MOT.

They need doing and Lexus Woodford have quoted best part of a £1000 for the job Can anyone recommend somebody else who can do the job for a better price, i live in Romford, Essex

Like spike has said.

Always ask how much the garage charge per hour with the labour rates.The main dealers are around £100 p/h a non main dealer garage will be around half that ;)

On the quote you had for £1000 have a look and see how many hours labour they are quoting to do the work.Then maybe add a extra hour to that for a garage thats not so familiar with the car model,but you will still save money on the labour and youve got a idea how long the job should take to do.Then you will know your not being overcharged labour wise you if follow where im coming from.
