Unkown Lip Spoiler/kit

I have been looking for a replacment lip spoiler for the front of my IS, i have found this on L-Tuned customer cars.

Does anyone know what front lip/bodykit this is....

The back and sides look like the Vizage kit for the IS300 in the USA - not sure about that front though.

Marcus has the Vizage kit fitted to his IS200, but had to do some work to fit the lips as they are designed for the larger bumpers of the US cars...

Well my lexus styling lip has gone, the ******* repair job from the garage which failed to put it on properly has caused it too come off. *** knows where it is but now im looking at the new front lip....

how much larger are the USA IS bumpers then? as i really fancy this Kaminari front lip....
