Lexus - Made In Burton On Trent

Recommended Posts

On tonight's local news programme....

The Toyoya plant at Burnaston is performing so well, considerations are underway to produce "their luxury brand, Lexus" at the site.... :D

Good lads...after all, we did build Spitfires there.... :duh:

Great news for the working car industry over here. If nothing else will increase peoples awareness of the brand to.

Nice to see hard work does pay :D

ideally not good news, i mean will the same quality of workmen ship into the car be given in the UK?

Might not be such a bad thing with all the quality problems of late - get some good British craftsmanship in there :D

Although if a Lexus still costs more than it does anywhere else in the world, despite now only travelling a few miles by road, I will not be happy......

If they're anything like the Hoover, Panasonic and Sony factories in South Wales, I'm sure we can get one "over the wall" :whistling:
