hi people. this is my first post N jus wana say am glad to be part of this family.

i got myself a second hand 1992 toyota celsior(C-specification) 2 months ago and jus two weeks of enjoyng it, i ran into suspension problemz. i jus noticed one morning that front right side waz very low, almost touching da ground. felt so sad and even lost appetite to drive it. parked it whole day but realised in the evening after reset that it came back to normal. nowadayz i gat to start it in time in da morning b4 leaving for work(even giv it a jake wen it cant go up). searched for da coz on da net and realised its a common problem for ls400 on air suspension and requires me to replace da shock and most likely all of em.

but since am in Zambia, Africa, cudnt find repalcement shocks locally. checked on eBay but da cost of shipping($700) is even more than the cost for the whole package of 4replacement shocks. any one with an idea on where i cud find either a brand new conversion kit at $300 or second hand air shocks.

i will appreciate your advice.

Hi and Welcome to the LOC :)

Yep air suspension had have its problems, sounds like some sort of air leak or a sensor ride height fault if theres a sensor on the car for that.

Im not sure with the air suspension, but you might be able to convert it to normal springs/shocks

It might be worth looking/posting on the USA forum as theres more LS members who might have more info/help for you.
