Supercharger Or Battery Charger?

Recommended Posts

Found THIS BEAUTY while browsing.

Connect it direct to the Battery and away you go but which way do reckon the current would flow, FROM or TO the Battery

I read an article recently about these in j tuner magazine. They were doing tests to see if the claims were true on one for an mr2. It was called the e-ram.

The results were as follows:

Test 1: 30-70 MPH

Standard - 11.245 sec

E-Ram - 11.346sec

E-ram (but deactivated) - 11.411 sec

Test 2: Dyno

Standard - 162.8 bhp

E-Ram - 159.8 bhp

E-ram (but deactivated) - 160.9 bhp

Verdict:

Pile of crap that actually reduced maximum power

Im sure it is a pile of crap but when some one can produce a powerful enough one, like the leaf blow video on streetfire.net im sure they'll boost performance, anyone willing to buy one to test it out :P

Thank you for that insight Pat. I somehow feel that the ironic tone of the previous posts has been somewhat lost on you mate :D
