Supercharger Or Battery Charger?

Recommended Posts

I read an article recently about these in j tuner magazine. They were doing tests to see if the claims were true on one for an mr2. It was called the e-ram.

The results were as follows:

Test 1: 30-70 MPH

Standard - 11.245 sec

E-Ram - 11.346sec

E-ram (but deactivated) - 11.411 sec

Test 2: Dyno

Standard - 162.8 bhp

E-Ram - 159.8 bhp

E-ram (but deactivated) - 160.9 bhp

Verdict:

Pile of crap that actually reduced maximum power
