I would love to know how to do this too. I have been told by a fellow Lexus owner that it can be done, you need some kind of modultor to convert the input to the screen. He's bought one off US eBay and just need sto get it fitted.

I just need to get one my self. If you hear anything please let me know....very intrested.

it can be done easily on the RS200 sat nav (the unit is located in the trunk beneath the spare wheel (ithink?))... but i dont know if its the same system as the IS200. i dont know the specifics, but i can ask my car audio specialist, who does all the conversions for our club's RS200s.
