Just got an email back from goodridge UK about some brake hoses, thy say they can supply the US type 97-01 hoses or i can send the old brake hoses over and have some made up. I have seen hoses labelled 93-01 being sold so are he hoses the same or are there differences?

Anyone know?

From my own research when purchasing SS lines this summer, I suspect that the series 1 GS brake lines have a different length to the series 2.

Try giving sales@rotora.com in california a shout, I got my lines from them. Really notice the difference too after fitting.

Send your old ones off mate. That way you can be sure you get the correct ones.

I used Goodridge for my custom lines that I had made and found them to be an excellent service and really friendly and helpfull. I think it was Claire that I dealt with. I've got her email address if you need it?

They should be able to tell you what ones you want by giving them your make / model / year of car etc..

Give Claire Conibear a ring. I emailed and it took too long to get a reply so I phoned her instead and she was straight on the case.

Have a look back through old posts from an ex member JAC114. When he wrote off his GS he was selling all his mods one of which was a set of ss brakehoses, I know cos they ended up on eBay and I was outbid on them.

They were available for the Mk1 GS, have you tried Jap Parts?

I find them quite helpful for hard to get bits.
