when the steering wheel is centred the wheels are all lined up (vehicle no in motion)

when in motion the steering wheels is towards the left, however the car going straight.

Have you noticed excessive wear on either of the front tyres?

damaged alloys can be repaired. And believe me hitting a pothole at the right speed can cause the steerer to get out of center......

It can also be bad tracking alignment, eg the wheels are tracked correctly but they did not align the wheels to the steering wheel being true and straight.

this cud of been alot worse if der was a metal barrier protection on the side :S

It says in the Lexus Model entry in your profile, that you have an IS250. It will still be under warranty, so take it back to the dealer to sort out. They should do a geometry for you. :D
