Phoned A-Plan insurance today for a quote on the Lexus, having already had a quote from my present insurer (A Flux) for £488.

Was very pleased with the quote i got £389 for same cover and incl. all my mods.

So a big thankyou to Alastair, who can be contacted on 01635 521818, he seems to know about Lexus too, and also mention LOC, which will help the discount.

I certainly agree. Doesnt seem to be many companies who can keep up with A-plan at the moment. I've got my Evo with them, and they were well ahead of the nearest competition. Also nice to deal with staff who not only seem to know a bit about cars, but who are genuinely helpful, rather than always trying the hard sell
