how much you want to spend? I like ballentines too but the best stuff they do is for export only,

My personal fav is Highland park, or jura

they come in at around 16-20 quid a bottle

price varys on the different client ;)

approx 25 of them in various appreciative levels

something up to £40 for the gooduns (4-5)

and then something around £20 for the rest

i like Ballantines

looked on the website

theres a few of them :o

was never a fan of the black bottle, i do like stewarts cream of the barley though for a blend

Yup I like Cream of the Barley, it's a really good "cooking" whisky, almost always have a bottle in the cupboard. Wouldn't buy it as a present though.

You dont need to spend £40 on one bottle thats near as dammit 3 bottles of jack for me.

I'll be happier ;) lol

Quantity rather than quality then :D

IMHO JD is only drinkable with a load of mixer in it, even meths would improve it

Seriously though Bazza you could be different and do an Irish, I like Tullimore Dew.

single malts are generally better than blended... :D

i would recommend glenfiddich..12 or 18 year reserve. they do 30 year reserve too, but expensive..

I agree entirely, I have a couple of bottles stashed away, but they are coming out tomorrow for the party

Quantity over quality. JD and coke by the pint suits me just fine :)
