Will '95-'97 Tail Light Outer Pieces Fit ´98 Ls400?

Hi! Found some cheap clear tails for mk III. Does anyone know if I could fit the outer pieces to my mk IV? I recall someone mentioning that the outer pieces can be fitted but inner pieces having different mounting holes. Also haven't yet figured if any clear side repeater from some other lexus/toyota will fit mk IV ? Thanks
