Well I've finally got my hands on it... a 2001 GS430 SE in Chiltern Green (a very rare colour it seems).

And so far I'm ecstatic. Smooth as butter, extremely powerful and very quiet and comfortable. So just what I wanted...

If someone can remind me how to post a pic I shall take one whilst it's still shiny looking and post it up...

Very envious! Lucky you. They are a lovely car, look brill and that superb V8. Went after one last year, the same colour as well, but the dealer was using it as his runaround and couldn't be arsed to clean it out, it was dreadful inside, fag-ash, sweet wrappers, the lot. AND he wanted £11k for a 67k 51 plate sport with privacy glass.
